I LOST MY HANDPHONE !!!
i was penny wise , pound foolish

on my way home from tuition , i ran for the bus that was approaching the bus stop , as the next one would probably in like 20 minutes time
PROBABLY when i was doing that i dropped my hp
then when i reach the jurong mrt station , i wanted to listen to BBC but OMFG my hp is not in my pocket , only the RAZER HP pouch is left !

i borrowed one guy's number to call my hp , not once but twice , got ring tone , no one picked it up.

then i rushed to tell the center about the loss , then i realised i have no idea which bus i took , was it 199 or 174..

i would have to call SMRT tml to report this loss

then when i reached home , i gave M1 a call
line cut off , new SIM card arranged , but i have 14 days to reconnect the new line.
police report made so that if that guy tries to sell off ... he will be known
but i remember can get $50 less if dun want to put NRIC ... sian 1/2

Lousy pocket !
either make sure pockets will not drop any thing or dun wear lousy pants out !
late a bit go home , late a bit for work never mind ! its not worth losing a hp ! i will try not to run for bus again.
Need to reestablish contact with all my friends , good thing i prepared for this sort of situation by having a phone book ... but re entering them against is troublesome.

Then still have to get a new hp ... i probably get a budget one , cos the only functions i want is to call / sms and radio , camera is interesting but not necessary at all

anyway it might be the last time to use penny wise pound foolish ?

maybe in the future kids will learn cents wise , dollars foolish ?

"Many of the big supermarkets have already stopped giving obsolete imperial prices, and we expect this trend to continue. There is no question of going backwards."

The UK first mooted plans to convert to an all-metric system in 1965.
