then the youth contingent caught narnia. general comments on the show : watch it on weekdays , its not worth a weekend ticket. the effects are good nonetheless , but the fight scenes are so predictable zzzz
Mon : most of the day is spent on sending out resumes and revamping my resume format and doing a general cover letter.
Tue : more resume sending before 2:39 i recieved an sms from a friend of an opening , 4pm i met the boss , then 4:30 i left to collected passport after an interview with hsbc . By right the collection is till 4:30pm , but they close one eye and allow me to collect :D now collection seems to be much more efficient.

Wed : more resume sending , foruming and playing games , getting sick of being jobless and its only week 2.
Thu : Went to PC show and recontracted express , got hp mini note ! up for sale in various thread ! RP : $740 , BNP : $800! (friends i give $100 discount for $700BNP)

Fri : Sold off my robinson voucher for $40 to someone else in yishun. met the buyer downstairs. probably its the husband that send her there or something.
then going to kelly services to secure the hsbc job . kinda silly right ? why do we have to pay kelly services when the job was secured out of their reach ?
imho , a hybrid organisation should be adopted to make job placement more cost effective , have both an agency search for external , and an internal search mechanism.
of course there is a risk that labour agencies approached do not sign with agency straight away but choose to trigger the "internal search mechanism after knowing the relevant departments in the firm. This possibility cost the agency to incur more cost in searching and negotiating. This might make the agency choose not to deal with a firm that has a hybrid arrangement for fear before hand of getting played out. Hence that would be a pareto inferior position.
